Everyday is a coarse full grain leather which for the price is exceptional! It’s durable with a nice one-side finish and a bronze buckle. To optimize its appearance and durability, several treatments of beeswax and pine tar will do. I like Shubert’s Shoe grease for that purpose. I use it for all my outerwear leather, boots, tack, etc. Thank you!

18 years ago I was passed down my father's belt, similar quality and construction, lasted him 40 years with no maintenance or care. Recently it became too destroyed to continue and was retired. I figured I would go look for another belt of the same quality, and found Hanks. Great texture, color, and feel. Hank’s really stands behind their product! A screw backed out on my belt and I lost the part. I contacted Hank’s about purchasing a replacement by email. Within two minutes, Bonnie responded to my email and told me about Hank’s 100 year warranty. She arranged shipment for the needed screws and offered additional advice on how to ensure the screws would remain in place by adding a dab of fingernail polish.
