Love this shampoo, works well, is so simple and is gentle on my hair. The colour is perfect, I now use the Dark Brown, having already tried the Medium Brown, which wasn't quite dark enough. This is my third bottle, it’s perfect for covering up my grey hair quickly with little mess, ( it did stain my bath, which took some cleaner and elbow grease). The only disappointment for me is the delivery, I had three emails asking me for a review as my product had been delivered when it had not. Don’t know why delivery companies mark items as delivered when they haven’t been, it makes me nervous that the product has been lost in transit.

I am so glad I gave this product a try. I was very suprised that it colored my stubborn greys. I did leave it on for 20 minutes because I was afraid the given time would not be long enough. I only have 2 questions and they are about the warm water : when do you add the warm water and how much? I only put a few drops in my hand to mix the shampoo into a lather and then applied it to my roots.

I did not like the result. My roots came out extremely red. Maybe I should have ordered dark brown. I wanted a deeper red (burgundy). Now I have to tone down my roots with spray dye. How soon can I dye my hair to a more desirable hue? Yours truly, Disappointed customer.
