Bought these for my 2025 GMS Sierra AT4. I tow on occasion a 27' bumper pull trailer and a small 7x14 utility trailer. I wanted to reduce the sag. Got my kit for the notoriously poor-riding 24’ Super Duty F250 FX4. Zack wasn’t the main issue as much as it was just daily driving when there wasn’t a load. The additional springs up top and load stoppers they put in place on the stock suspension makes it ride like a 1 ton truck. It’s the worst. I wanted my truck to set level, therefore causing me a squatting problem. My 2017 F-250 4x4 has a 4" lift kit installed which levelled out the stance. With no rake it really looked squatted when I would hook up my Travel Trailer. The RAS system definitely improved the squat and overall ride of the truck including sway when towing. 2023 Tacoma I love my truck, but as anyone would know Tacomas aren't really built to tow much. This RAS system is "the answer" to that, it made a world of difference towing my river sled with the squating and especially the handling. As well with my Lone Peak canopy camper that weights about 400lbs with all my gear another 250-350lbs, no more squat at all, even on the lower setting. I have been very skeptical for a year and a half and I talked to a guy that pulled a 35 foot bumper pull camper with a 3/4 ton suburban and swore by RAS kit. I’ve put a RAS on my last two trucks and I’ll keep being a customer for the foreseeable. I don’t tow, but I do haul with my truck and the RAS allows me to maintain better control on wet mountain roads with a full load in the back.
