Everything they said about their product toilet seat rail was right on target. It was economical, east to assemble, and it works great. I highly recommend this product and the company.

The product is excellent in quality. Unfortunately it will not work for my daughter. We did try it for several days so it can not be returned. I will donate it to a local charity.

The box arrived in good condition, all the parts were included, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. The chair is very comfortable and sturdy. It has made showering much easier and safer. My husband and I both use it and we’re very happy with our purchase!

Great find for an elderly parent that needed a swing away table that was compatible with their favorite chair, a recliner. Very easy to assemble and well constructed. My parent is very pleased with the solid grab handle and the functionality of the swing away tray.

I have arthritis in my hands and it was difficult to get the plastic caps out of legs and arms, I ended up having to use a screw driver to slowly wedge them out - it took quite a bit of time. Also I had to use a rubber pallet to get some of the pieces you fit together. We’ve only had the chance to use the chair once - but my husband likes it and has made showering easier.

The new chair like arms for mom’s toilet are just what she needed. She is now easily able to push up to a stand just as she is with a chair. The product is very well made. Very happy with it.

Ordered for husbands use after he had a stroke that affected his left leg. He is now using a Walker and this toilet riser is working out perfectly for him. He has mentioned a number of times how comfortable the seat is and it is easier for him to use the arms to sit and push up from. Highly recommend.

I have arthritis in my knees. A replacement high rise toilet was going to cost $1,000.00, all inclusive. This toilet safety rail makes getting up so much easier and for lots less money. It’s working out extremely well for me.

It was easy to put together and it fits even in small spaces. I love the adjustability for height and width. I also love that it is sturdy enough to sit independently without having to fasten it to the toilet.

Sturdy design, feels really solid and was easily assembled. With each piece clearly marked so anyone could put it together in just 10 or 15 minutes. B1 connects to C1, B2 connects to C2, a few extra nuts and bolts included in case you lose one. This safety rail makes it possible to let a loved one use their toilet by themselves without risk of falling, and this gives much-desired dignity to the user. Caregiver doesn’t need to sit in the bathroom watching the user, dignity is preserved.

We were surprised at how fast our order was processed! I ordered it on Saturday afternoon and found it on the porch the very next day!! We needed a little help putting in together (our son, we are both in our eighties). It is working well for our needs and I have already recommended your company to two friends. The toilet seat is great - very comfortable and a great stability aid. We made a separate purchase of toilet safety rails that are horrible. They are not stable nor are they safe.

We ordered two. They work perfectly in 2 of our bathrooms. It has made a huge difference to me. It no longer involves majo pain for me to use the bathroom. They were VERY EASY to put together and set up. I highly recommend these.

Took it out of the box, husband put together, I put it in place for him. I can easily move and fold up when not needed, and then replace for him to use. good buy.

I am so glad I purchased this. I broke my hip recently and could only use a bedside toilet with help.This fit in my bathroom perfectly and made it possible for me to get in my bathroom with no help needed. It is strong and stable.

I’m a bigger gal and it’s wide enough for me and toilet. Love the arms. I just wish it was more secure to floor or toilet. I can’t put too much weight on my right arm so have to put more weight on my left arm but when I do that it feels like it’s going to tip over.

My can stop telling about her guard rails. She is so happy it has changed her life. Mom is 93 years old She is very grateful. Thank you guys for a great product and it was easy to assemble. 😇

A bit heavier than the others I have used but much sturdier. Getting used to using a cane the right way. I don’t wobble and feel much more confident. My daughter loves it so will have to get her one!

Great product; easy to assemble; no tools needed; even extra fastener hardware in case your cat carries off a piece or two, which mine did. I found them though before she pushed them under the hutch.

This is the best purchase I've ever made i had been struggling to get up from the toilet seat for awhile and then I seen a picture for this and was so excited to get it and I get up with absolute ease thank you so much for your loving care for me

Easy to install and adds great stability for someone with limited mobility. Quality product including padded support, adjustable legs and width to fit many sizes. Would highly recommend to anyone who has trouble with their knees and rising or sitting down on the toilet.

We are very happy with the quality of this product and pleasantly surprised when we found it came with some spare hardware( bolts,clips, and knob) a rarity nowadays. We are thinking of getting one for each of our kids houses to use when we visit them.

Don’t have to have a higher toilet and can move it if need be. Exactly what I was looking for my knee surgery and there after. Will use it here on out!

The only problem with it is, I am so used to not having a walker, I keep forgetting to put it in the car before I go anywhere. But I've got a fix for that coming up soon.

Appreciate the structure created by the set of supports creating an "X" under the seat. It inspired confidence when I saw it online and appreciate even more after I used it. Good job.

For anyone like me with Arthritus issues on my knees, this is a God's send. The convenience and easy of getting down and back up is so amazing. This item is a must for people with knee problems and most likely will help those with dissiness and unbalance issues. The quality and workmanship of the product is commendable. At first I thought it wouldn’t help because the toilet needs to be replaced for a taller one. Since it’s taking so long that to happened I decide it to install it anyway. It’s wonderful! I con get up and down and pull my garment up and I’m not afraid to fall because I can hold on to my Pelegon .

My father, having heart surgery, was having difficulty standing from a seated position. They tell you not to use your arms to help you get up. This is the prefect height along with perfect placement of the rails. Thank you for giving him the dignity and independence he deserves!

I was worried that my husbands knees would hit the top of the tray but the tray can be adjusted to the right height. Beautiful piece of equipment t. It helps my husband get up from the wheelchair..
