Absolutely quality! A cinch to "assemble" - not really assembly - no tools required. Took me 15 minutes. I have a small space, but its so adjustable that it fits perfectly. It's strong, but very light. Following a serious spinal surgery I could move it into the bathroom without problem. Packaging was tough and sturdy. Bathroom space is limited, mobility with lifting feet even 4 inches in shower had become challenging. Thankful for this shower transfer bench. The seat with arms, the glide and padding (even as thin as it is) are appreciated. The swivel is nice, although the legs stick out more than we would have liked. While I am very happy with the product I am very upset with the delivery. Me tiny dog was tied up in the yard the driver left my item at the end of the driveway about 10 feet from the road. The could have come to the front porch to deliver it. Instead they left it almost to the road. I am handicapped and in a wheelchair so I had to wait for my husband to come home to get it, I am just lucky no one took it before he got here. AMAZON DRIVERS SUCK ! Very well made in design and definitely a noticeable thicker tubing than a cheaper priced one. My 91 yr old Mom, unstable getting up and sitting down the safety rail moves. Of course it will, it’s not attached to the toilet bowl. I used a piece of rope, duct tape and zip ties to secure it to the tank. It doesn’t move now.
