The chair was exactly what we needed for our 91 year old mom. She felt safe in the chair, it moves easily and very easy to assemble. The one main thing to know is that the dye on the side handles is very blue and gets on the skin. I literally thought something happened and my mom broke her finger since the color from the dye looked like a major black and blue!

The shower chair is great - all the pieces were wrapped to prevent scratching and digging - the screws and washers were very easy to use - everything lined up perfectly - loved that each size screw (and accompanying washer) had an extra - just in case!!!! Instructions were clear and simple - I was the one who made a couple of goofs and had to redo them!!!! Very lightweight like the way it handles, now the Pelegon shower chair is another matter. My husband had to cut off one side of the chair so I could slide onto it. I'm going to have to get locally another chair that does not have all the different devices attached to it. But the rolater I love.

The videos were very helpful, especially the one of a larger person who wobbled the support rails when he got up. It was very believable. The rails work perfectly fine. Fairly easy to assemble, even with old arthritic hands. The rails are very neat and easy to move from room to room. As with anything not bolted down, you must balance your weight evenly on both arm rails to get good support. I wish I had found them ten years ago! They save me a lot of worry.
