50th anniversary present for our best friends. They absolutely loved it. The conversion of the starting photo to the finished product and final order was shockingly easy. Your work was flawless.

It came out very nice. Unfortunately the picture had a white t-shirt against a white wall, so the definition was lost a little for one of the subjects. But the faces were both lovely.

My husband and I have been married for 60 years and we do not have a picture of the both of us, until my grand daughter’s wedding. I had the art work for each of our 3 children. We loved the finished product.

This was my second purchases from you all. Both gifts were EXTREMELY well received! One was for a wedding present and the other was to commemorate a death. Couldn’t have asked for better service. Pictures were received quickly and packing was out of this world.i know there are lots of companies offering similar works, but I will continue to use FamilyPresent! Thanks so much!!

Already revealed my satisfaction to another auditing company requesting information that they said they would give to you. I was more than satisfied. It was great. Only wished I had ordered it on canvas.

We had to say goodbye to our friend and family member Jack last month. Our hearts are broken. I submitted a photo and it was quickly made into a beautiful sketch on line. I ordered a canvas and it arrived in a few days. This beautiful reminder of our dear Jack is now hanging on our living walls so that we cold see him every day.

I’ve loved every photo Family Present has done for me. I’ve ordered a few. Most recently I made the mistake of not ordering a frame. I had chosen the poster size of one of my photos. This company took care of redoing the order for me at no charge. I couldn’t believe it. They are an amazing company with that personal touch. They take pride in making the customer happy. If you haven’t tried them & are hesitant, you won’t be disappointed. They are top notch! Everything is made in the USA & shippin...

Unable to share artwork as I gave it away as a gift. It turned out perfectly. The family was thrilled with their gift. Thank you for making that a reality. Take care.

My first artwork frame was damaged while in transit and the customer service representative, Florian, was so sad that it was damaged. She got right to work on getting a replacement sent back to me. The replacement artwork was great. I HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone interested. Wonderful customer support. Teresa

The picture that I received was awesome. I have shared my experience with friends and family. I work in a veterinary clinic and would love to advertise your products with them. If I had a poster of your products, I’d advertise for you.

The first picture I received was a picture printed off a computer. I was very upset and thought I had been scammed. However; I called and customer service was more than amazing. They assured me it would be taken care of and it was. They sent me a canvas print and I was thrilled. They took care of me and made me very happy.

We purchased 4 portraits to give our kids. The water color look really sets them off beautifully. We are so pleased with the result and will be proud to give these as gifts. I’ll definitely buy again. Maybe a portrait with our dog for the next one!

Had asked that Forever Us be added to the print, was sent without it, then I got an email apologizing, and you so graciously told me to keep the first print and the second was sent to me at no charge, including no shipping. I was extremely pleased since this was a gift for my best friend who recently lost her husband and it was a print of the two of them. Thank you so so much!

I love the artwork you made of a photo of me as a very young boy holding a chicken. Of all of my photos as a child, this was my favorite photo of me. I am so happy with the artwork that you made of me. I am also an artist. I always appreciate when other artists do my portrait.
