I feel there's no short term results. I've taken Lion's Mane for years & now I realise some of my friends can't remember or focus (keep on topic) & repeat their stories continuously. Having taken Lion's Mane for such a long time, I can remember, stay focused & not have the brain fog that some of my friends are having. I do feel kinda sorry for them.
