I find Moringa magical, I have arthritis in all my fingers which has subsided, but the pain WAS more severely affected in my right thumb. I am now able to peel fruit, tuck sheets in on my bed etc etc. My sister has the same problem but worse in her thumb, so I gave her my second bottle and insisted she start taking the capsules. First thing I noticed was such a better quality of sleep, I still wake occasionally during the early hours but am able to quickly fall back asleep. It definitely improves mental clarity. But the main reason for taking it was to help with trigeminal neuralgia (TN). Lions mane is meant to help rebuild the myelin sheath around nerves.
