Best way to figure out which one you like. Fresh Mint won for me but honestly I’d use all four again.

I use these before the gym when I don’t want a full preworkout. 50mg is plenty to get me moving and the mango tastes great.

This one surprised me. I thought I’d prefer the mint flavors but Fresh Mango ended up being the can I finished first.

I use one when I get home from a stressful day and it’s honestly such a nice little reset. Doesn’t make me groggy at all.

These seem to work for sleep if you take more than one. I do not taste much Kava inside of them which is the reason I bought them. Overall they are average for the price. Not really bad or good.

This is such a fun pack. Mixed Berry is sweet, kiwi watermelon is super refreshing and the two mint flavors are great when I don’t want anything fruity.

They taste great and a nice and convenient way of relaxing at the end of the day.

I really enjoy the flavor of each kind and they do help me relax.

All you can taste is mushrooms, every other Kava product I’ve had actually has some nice numbing chill calming effects. I wanted to enjoy these especially having a few different flavors but all I get is a heavy mushroom flavor, no numbing which has always been part of a good kava and no kava calmness at all. I admit Kava is not the best flavor but again the mushroom taste in these is way overbearing.

It's a little tricky, first took n just let it stay on my gums for about 4 hours. Then I got up n my legs were numb.I sat down n checked my pulse n breathing, both ok. Mind was clear n focused. Just my legs were numbed.Then 45 minutes later I was falling asleep. Never sleep or nap during the day.. Gave one to to sister n it knocked her out.not the calmI wanted. Now I just take for one hour or less.great flavor.will buy different flavors

Fresh mint is easily my favorite. cool without tasting like toothpaste and the energy feels really smooth

Citrus is the best one hands down. bright flavor and a really nice boost without feeling like too much
