The flavor is really good. Very potent though. My breath smelled like it for a long time after. They work good. I can feel the kava doing its thing for sure

I can feel the calming effects. I thought I'd love the fruity flavors more, but I'm all about the mint and wintergreen flavors! I don't dislike any of the flavors. I have the strongest urge to CHEW these, but I stop myself! At some point I really want to try the Energy pouches!

I really love the feeling that these pouches give me! All of the flavors are excellent, especially the watermelon one!! One of these around noon and I'm feeling great the rest of the day, I sleep great and feel fine in the mornings every time! I highly recommend giving these a try, you definitely won't regret it!!

I think these work as advertised. They have an effect but it is very subtle and mild. That is a good thing as I don't want anything that changes me cognitively or makes me feel intoxicated. They are a great end of the day thing.

I keep these in my bag now. One after a long work day and it helps me switch out of work mode without making me want to go straight to bed.

Love these!! The mint is crisp, the pouch is easy to use, and I like that 50mg is enough to wake me up without feeling like I slammed an energy drink.

I tried the variety pack first and immediately ordered more Wintergreen. It has a stronger cooling flavor than the mint and I LOVE that. Great for afternoons when my brain is done but my work isn’t 😂

I use one of these while I’m making dinner after work and by the time I sit down I feel like I’ve actually left the work day behind. Really nice without making me sleepy.

I love having different flavors depending on my mood. Kiwi Watermelon when I want something fruity, Fresh Mint when I want something lighter. The calm itself feels really consistent across all of them.

The citrus has just enough tang to it without being sour. I usually take one before I sit down to knock out a bunch of work and it helps me actually stay on task.

My husband and I split this pack and somehow ended up with completely opposite favorites. I’m Kiwi Watermelon and Mixed Berry, he’s Fresh Mint and Wintergreen 😂 works out perfectly.

These have pretty much replaced my afternoon coffee. I can tuck one in while I’m working and don’t have to stop what I’m doing or carry a drink around. The mint tastes fresh and I stay focused instead of getting that sleepy post-lunch feeling.

I’m definitely more of a wintergreen person than a fruity flavor person, so this was an easy winner for me. Strong flavor, easy to use and the 50mg is a good amount of caffeine without being overkill.

Was expecting something similar to Fresh Mint but Wintergreen definitely has more of a sharp cold bite. Personally I prefer it. Makes it feel extra refreshing when I’m dragging in the afternoon.
