We ordered 2 pallets of the Pearl Grey tiles and the anthracite borders. First of all the pricing is the best, you will not find such good pricing anywhere! Trust me we shopped around and no one even came close! We read reviews online about broken tiles etc and were a little worried about that. But not a single tile was damaged it was all packaged really well! The delivery time was good as well only downside is the courier doesn’t give you specific times for delivery but that’s not a Stone Saver...

Was a bit concerned about ordering these porcelain slabs as the reviews were saying that there were a lot of damaged slabs, I ordered 125 slabs and only one was broken and I managed to use that as a cut, over all I am very impressed with them and would recommend this product, they look great now they are laid.

Samples are very small but give a rough idea of the final product. As the range has a few possible variations, it's hard to see with the sample given. It seems ok and I'm hoping it matches up to the specifications in the brochure. It enables you to match up with possible colour for project.. The brochures do not always represent the actual product due to printing limitations so samples are essential if unable to visit the site..

I cannot recommend stone saver enough. Tiles were an excellent quality and very competitively priced. Service second to none. Our builder struggled to cut the porcelain tiles. When I contacted Stonesaver customer services for advice they cut and supplied 10 tiles at their own expense so that we could complete the project. After a mix up with the initial delivery and it arriving short and damaged, I contacted customer services and I can't thank everyone enough for how quickly this issue was resolved. I was worried I'd been scammed as none of the correspondence was direct from stone saver, it was their sister company EVA and when I was trying to email them, it kept saying queued, not delivered. It’s looks okay, I like it. You must be very careful, because it is so brittle, very easy to make a chip. Well packaged, but middle packaging is done so tight it does chipping in a middle of tile.

Paving tiles look great, came in good condition and in a timely manner, with flexibility offered on delivery slots. Given the price, these were the best value tiles I have purchased. Difficult to cut slim surrounds for/ around drains, so take care in doing so if required.
