The plate itself is great! But when I signed up for the plate I was just wanting to buy the plate. But when I registered the plate on Google, I had to sign up for a plan. I didn’t need another expense, but I also didn’t want to waste the money I paid for the plate. So I bought the plan. But then the plan was just for AI to respond to my Google reviews. I didn’t need that. So I just feel like it was like a scam to get more money for a service I didn’t need.

Very unhappy with finding out that I actually have to purchase some type of subscription with this product Not what I was expecting it would’ve been nice to have at least my business logo printed on the actual card itself specialize towards me. Obviously, I paid for something I don’t like. Very disappointed will not recommend anybody else. I definitely need a full refund very unhappy

It barely scans i and customer have to try it atleast 5 times b4 it appears and when it does it appears as NC something advertising for the company that made them definitely not happy
