Great delivery!

It was fine but with an order of €450+ I would expect something personal like a thank you card, a free pack or just something small to express the gratitude towards a big order. I got these items with another site so I will be ordering from there in the future. Also the shipping was two days early, normally this wouldn’t be a problem, however i was on vacation so my parcel layed two days at my front door, not a nice feeling with such a big order.

Payed for the protective shipping. Item damaged and got a discount code and not the money back for protective shipment of 3.95 euro. Also al the other items did not get extra protection inside of the box. Just some extra paper inside the box and a 1 thin wall box.

You are scammers. I ordered something and the package arrived torn. I even took out extra insurance for additional protection. I wanted to return it and get my money back, but you only refunded part of my money. The communication with you to get this back was terrible! I will never buy from you again. How to be improve you guys need better service

Not the greatest shipping I've ever seen. The booster box and etb both had some damage in to the plastic wrappers. A bit of a shame since this is my first ever pokemon buy as I am trying to get into the hobby.
