I have so much trouble falling asleep, I believe from just the everyday stress of a demanding job! I purchased the sleep bundle and mix one to one and a half teaspoons of the honey in my nightly chamomile tea. It has worked wonders with being able to relax and come down from the day. Love the membership. For a small monthly fee, I can order when I need it (at a discount), without having to worry about delaying or moving up an automatic order. Works much better for me, especially since there is only a 3-week supply of gummies in each jar.
