I have a very sensitive system and can’t take a whole gummy or even a half but I can take a third to fall asleep and then a third when I wake up in the night. I started Beezy Beez about 1 1/2 wks ago. The second night I took it I fell asleep within 30 minutes which is unbelievable for me. I tried the honey, then the gummies and support suggested the oil. Well the oil works with 2 droppers of the 33% strawberry oil. I sleep and even stopped taking my prescription sleeping medication.
