The jacket and Sweater were eventually delivered and were as pictured. The fit was perfect. Customer service is prompt within 24 hour window. However it took about a month fro ordering til receipt to get the items. And there is no cancelling of any orders allowed. So what was expected for Christmas didn’t arrive until the 2nd week in January. About a month.

I actually was going to send it back because there was a similar carhart jacket on line that was $40 cheaper. But when I got it i really liked it. That said i do think you’d sell a lot more if you dropped the price a bit. $100 is a little steep

The jacket is a bit short and the bottom button position makes the wind protection even worse but otherwise, I like pretty much everything about this jacket. I'd only wear it during the relatively mild winter days and, perhaps, the mid-season. For temperatures below 0C/32F you have to combine it with an extra warm jumper or scarf, or both.
