Size originally was a little off so after contacting they made it right. Shipping is a little slower than I'm used to but jacket feels great and I have no issues with it all all. Being a Floridian it should last me seeing I don't have to actually wear one very often lol. If I do need another style I won't hesitate in looking at what they offer first

I really like this coat. It was exactly what I needed. It's great for those days when a parka is too much. I'm 6'1" 225lbs and the XL was the perfect size for me.

Very nice, very warm jacket. The fit is not as trim as the picture suggests, it hangs rather straight and doesn't have the refined profile the picture suggests, but a great purchase for the money. It has replaced my former jacket as my daily cold weather wear.

I love the feel of the quality material used in making the sweater. It's very soft to the touch and comfortable to wear. While wearing it in the cold it was surprisingly warm. I will be ordering more. 5 stars!

The Everest Jacket is VERY nice, AND it arrived in "good time." However, Serremo did not inform me of the estimated shipping time, so I complained about "late arrival." I regret posting that complaint. Still, PLEASE inform your customers of expected delivery dates.

This will be a Christmas gift for my son in law. Upon review of the product, I can already tell that it is a quality item and he will thoroughly enjoy it.

Bought as gift. This is the 3rd jacket bought for family because they are durable and handsome. The lining is soft while the outer shell is made to last. Inner slip pocket is perfect for cell phones or wallet. The sleeve liner has soft elastic to keep cold out.

I was worried my package was lost in shipping; customer service was excellent in both timing and quality reaching out to me to address my concerns. Little things can have a big impact; much appreciated. Fit and feel is great. Thanks!

Love the hoodie! Looks awesome and is nice and cozy. I only wish the zipper used was as nice of quality as the rest of the hoodie. It is still functional, just not very smooth.

Great Jacket! I wore it all day and it was perfect. The XL size fits more like an XL shirt, than an XL jacket, such that putting a bulky layer under would be tight.

Bought the hat and it took 4 weeks to get to the house. It is well made, soft, and keeps your head warm. I like variety in what I wear and during cold windy days, this will be a nice option.

I really love the look and feel of the jacket! I've been getting alot of compliments on it as well. The only thing I can say is I wish I had bought a Large and not an XL. If you're in between sizes like myself I would go smaller.

I love my Jacket. I purchased one in the grey color, and another in blue. It goes well with my outfits that I wear with it, looks great, and fits just right. I would recommend this product to friends if asked.

Bought for a young man, it was liked, for quality, but he wished it zipped, so it would not have so much space in back. Style was nice, just make the buttons in back adjustable so that back is tighter. If you are bigger, no problems, but he is just thin. However, I would recommend your products for quality fast shipping, and I'll also say, he loves the hat.

These are my son’s favorites and so I am a return customer for the additional colors he liked but didn’t have already. Excellent quality and feels so soft while keeping you warm.

Very happy the person I bought this for as a Xmas gift told me he has a tough time finding jackets that fit because he has broad shoulders and a small waist. He loves the way it fits and wanted to know where I bought it from. The best form of advertisement!

Fit true to size I bought the sweaters and matching hats in different colors for my boys. They loved it change clothes before they went out to see their friends.

Extremely comfortable. I'm very particular about how clothes feel on my skin and this hoodie is exactly what I want; not fluffy soft. I hate that feeling and it makes me grate my teeth, but this one is perfect.

But, lo and behold, it arrived, and it was a solid coat. Really happy with it, now I’ve only worn it twice briefly, but it appears to be made well. I had an actual flight jacket from years ago I paid over a thousand dollars for it in NYC in 1988. I like this one better, and because of a bit of growth, this one fits perfectly. LOL

The design and quality is good! However it's not a heavy jacket... definitely a light jacket. Really disappointed with it being a light jacket.. but over all good quality.. probably won't purchase again cause I needed a heavy winter jacket.

Jacket is excellent quality breaks the wind very well lightweight and great for work even now that it's colder and snowing work outdoors half the time works great thank you for a great product at a reasonable price.

Both the designs I ordered are high quality and comfortable! I prefer the basket weave design over the other, but both are nice. Would love to have a few more when my budget allows.

I bought this hoodie in two different colors for my husband. He likes to feel comfortable, even on those occasions when "comfort" clothes are not necessarily appropriate. These hoodies look more polished and still provide the comfort he is looking for. He absolutely LOVED them

The jacket is actually very nice the only problem is the colour hue. It's a little bright for army green. Fit is great a little big bigger so you can fit a sweater under and good fall weather jacket.

Lovely hoodie, perfect for my son’s Christmas. Delivery wasn’t fast but as expected. Maybe there should be something on your website at the checkout stating that although you’re charged in UK sterling it actually goes through your bank as US dollars and you’re charged 2 fees! Just adds more to an already quite expensive hoodie!

I bought this as a gift for my son for his birthday. Unfortunately your shipping was very slow. He had to leave to go back to University so he couldn't see his cardigan. It arrived in good quality and he will enjoy wearing it. But he has to wait 3 months to see it.

Really like the red one, not a fan of the style inside half jacket part of the yellow one I ordered. Didn’t realize it had that. Overall love the coats though for comfort and look. I get plenty of compliments on the 3 different ones I have between the red and 2 older ones my wife bought me last year
