First of all the bouquet was delivered to my address and not my son and daughter in law, as requested
Second , the bouquet had some very deep pink flowers ( gherbera ?) almost red , that stuck out like a sore thumb and was not like your photo
Third , I think your order form is difficult to negotiate as some parts seem to slide under others - and one has to start again . I order masses of things online and your site is definitely not great in comparison.

I have used Fabulous flowers for many years. This is one of your top of the range bouquets at R1700 plus. It was really quite small, looked as if it was done in a hurry.
I asked if it could be collected at 12h and it was not ready. By 4pm it was delivered to a nearby office after I phoned and asked about progress.
It was the few days before Valentine's Day and I understand.
However, the bouquet was underwhelming for the money that I paid.
