Provide some written instructions of what to do with this stuff I have no idea what all these parts are for, and the tutorial video is not tutorial. Also, it would be helpful to have something to put in this contraption to wash my car with very disappointed as I wanted to use this today for the first time when I unboxed it.

The E spray is not working as it should when you pull the trigger. It only sprays a little bit foaming and it stops. I try replacing the additional tips that came with it and it worked for a little bit and then started doing it again.

All of the videos that I saw of this device show the electric one so when I want to spray the foam all I do is spray it. This one is a pump spray. Not only that, when I put the soap in it's difficult to pump it. Maybe my unit is defective. But it's a huge disappointment. At least in the video clearly demonstrate that there's two versions if you're going to send people the crappy one, at least they know that's possible.

I have both sprayers- manual and electric - and each is great. (But don’t tell my wife). I ordered the Manual kit (sprayer plus microfiber cloths and foam) at first, and then got lazy. It works great and one pump handled a good section of the car, but I found that I needed to let the foam set for a while to do its job, especially on the lowest sections of the car. I decided to try the electric sprayer which seems to apply the foam more evenly and for a larger section. The sprayer is a bit heavi...

I really wanted to let you know that you should pay more attention to exactly how you were shipping your products. I live on the exact opposite coast from you, and I don’t appreciate the slow delivery method you keep choosing to get the product to me. It’s an awful long way and ground freight is extremely slow.
