Can't wait to try it when it warms up

I ordered two of these as gifts. One arrived in the box as new. The other one looks used, wasn't in a box and got beat up during shipping. Very disappointed because these were gifts.

I think it was ok mostly.. as I was spraying my neighbors came to talk to me and bunch of the soap dried up.. so I reapplied it and stared over.. unfortunately I ran out of soap.. I wish more soap was included in the trial

I like it so far, but for what I pay it didn't come with a wax shine bottle also? I would have given it a 5 star and a video on your page along posting it on other social media sites.

Ordered on 01 December. It's now 23 December and still don't have it. When I questioned the company, the said it wasn't shipped until 17 December. Three weeks to travel 1000 miles is insane!
