I got sent a used and abused… and an obviously returned sprayer… very unhappy with the one I was sent. It was covered in scratches and smelled like burnt batteries. I hope it is able to hold a charge. This was my first purchase from them and if this is what they are going to send me; it will be my last. Highly disappointed. Seems like they want to lie about quality and send us used junk

Bought three. First one I tested was for myself and the pump is dead upon arrival, zero charge -tried everything. Tested the other two and they were fine. So out of the three I got 1 dead one. I didn’t even think to deal with trying to return it cause it’s too much trouble.
Pretty upset about that, never even tested to see how well it works cause the other two are for gifts.

The green lights never turned on after charging it left it on for 12,24 and eventually even 36 and the lights never came on all the information and QR code codes go back to how to wash a car. There’s no information about charging it troubleshooting the charging I went on YouTube to see if people had uploaded anything and again there’s nothing so I’m assuming the unit either the lights don’t work and it’s just the one light that works or it isn’t charged it was charged enough to do one wash we’ll...
