I was so excited when my bracelet came. I sliced off the top of the mailer only to discover the little pouch inside was right at the top of the mailer. It cut the top of the pouch off. Maybe you could put the bracelet IN the pouch and pull the drawstring and fold the top of the bag over, then it won’t float up to the top.
