Didn’t get any photos but did a trial cook up in the kitchen! Baked a cake (cake tin on the roast rack on the griddle) , cooked up some awesome zucchini/feta fritters on the fry pan and smashed out the yummiest tofu stir fry in the wok!! Can’t wait to use my (gas) Cobb for some fine dining when I hit the road next year. Love it!

The frying pan is great. In addition to easier cooking of things that can roll off the hot plate. Which is why I bought it. The frypan catches the fat from the cooking which keeps the inside of the bbq clean. A major bonus for me. I would like to see a better handle for the hot plate and frypan. Have done a couple of roasts now, love it. Just do your self a favour and get one!!! Cobblestones are the best to cook with. Great flavours. Have also cooked on the grill while doing vegetables in The moat. Fantastic and universal I say!

I love how the bricks are so easy to use and there is no mess. Our Cobb has been in the garage for about 7 years and we only used it about twice. We decide we either start using it or sell it. We have cooked pork,lamb,chicken,vegetables, sausages,dessert and just love how easy it is to use. We are now taking it with us on our caravan trip so we can save our gas bottles. Recently purchased the Fenced roasting rack, & very pleased. Works well to keep my roast up off the griddle plate which helps to stop the roast burning on the bottom. Towards the end of the cook I can add a few potatoes & other vegies these stay on the rack due to the high sides, Get one they work well !

The Cobb gas grill replaced my old single gas camp burner on my boat. It not only looks great but performs great as well, especially in windy conditions. Instead of just storing the Cobb on the boat when not on the water it is fantastic and a talking point around the table with family and friends over for the BBQ, AND everyone can cook their steaks and fish just how they like it, BONUS. Great addition to our camping trips. Very easy to clean and works perfectly. I suggest buying the propane adapters for jet boil propane to normal propane for convenience. Pizza oven mode also works great. Buying the charcoal version next.

Actually purchased this for the extension ring and wasn’t too fussed about the roasting spike. Used the roasting stand yesterday and made an awesome roast chicken. Very impressed. Chook cooked in half the time and was very moist and flavourful. Will definitely use again. The extension ring by itself has been great. But the chook cook stand is an added bonus.

I use Toscano premade pizza bases from Woolies and then top with slices of mozzarella, capers and olives. You need to preheat the stone for 15 minutes and then cook for 10-15 minutes. Really good quick pizza. Next I’ll try baking bread on it.

I love the Cobb gas grill on my boat. I overnight regularly offshore and usually when it is time to cook some fresh fish the wind is blowing but now not a problem with the Cobb. The Cobb grill also doubles as a table bbq at home with my wife and when we have friends over. No more complaints about over done or under done food. Everyone cooks their own. Money well spent. Very easy to use....the roaster is very good. I have been trying to fit all the plates under the dome, but doesn't. Is there a specific order for packing? I can put some items at the side of the cob, but I have to wrap them well, so they don't garage the cob....perhaps I'll make a fabric bag...cheers Jenny

I have only used the unit once, so far. I make the fish chowder. I put in too much ingredients and made a hell of a mess. The chowder tasted great, but the clean up was epic. Lesson learnt. The ability to use LP gas is terrific. Love the unit. Cheers Barry Chappel

we have only used it a few times. Twice at home to get a feel for it and once at Waroona Dam. This where we decided we needed the fry pan as the site was not level enough and the sausages kept rolling off. Dogs were happy about that not so much the rest of us. A the moment I don't see us baking anything but fry ups at the beach or in the boat will be the main use.

After many years of use, the fire box part of the inner sleeve finally died. The replacement looks like it will last so much better as the base of the fire box is a heavier gauge of stainless steel. This is so refreshing in an age where the quality of manufactured items get worse in the struggle to contain cost. Thank you for not following the flock.

These stones are much easier than heat beads for most of my cooks. I'll only use heat beads or charcoal now when I need to use a gentler heat like for paella in the wok etc.
