While your wok is great, I've made an option to use a traditional wok, to get extra heat for Thai cooking. Don't get me wrong, your wok is surprisingly versatile.

This is my third cook using the COBB Rotisserie accessory. Today, I cooked a 1.3 kg chicken. I found it easy to get the chicken well-balanced on the spit without the counterbalance I used last time. The key was to insert the aromatics in the cavity before I mounted the chicken on the spit and applied the rub. The dome extension made it easy to check the correct balance in the kitchen.

Cobb is a great grill for cooking for a couple of people, more if you only cook the protein on it.
I was worried from some reviews that it might not be hot enough, but it is very hot once it gets going and the lid works wonders in keeping it hotter.
It is cool to touch on the outside so very safe from that point of view. Most of it goes in the dishwasher so easy to clean too.
My only issue is that it seems hard to get spares/extra parts, which are often sold out.

I was excited when I saw that the foil inserts were back in stock. They really are a game changer and so much easier than trying to replicate them with foil. Being able to use them more than once is definitely a plus. Simply poor off any oil or fat while it is still hot then simply wipe with paper towel. Highly recommend.
