I had a few problems with my order which was down to me and my bank, But native rems (Austin ) sorted it all out for me couldn't speak more highly of the person . This is my first time taking shilajit its been a couple of weeks now and ,can feel a difference .I have it first thing in a morning in my black coffee. I just received this and it was difficult to open but I got it. It was all in the side of the jar a the lid thats probably why it was difficult to open cuz it's sticky. I tried it and the taste is not delicious. But I'm excited

Honestly I am not so happy with the experience. This is not the first time I order this product, however it took around 2 months to be delivered. I am very surprised about the delay, and was expecting some kind of compensation, which never came.

My only concern is how long it takes to ship on a subscription. I assume it's coming from China or some country with high Himalayas. It takes about a month on a renewal subscription. I don't remember it taking quite that long initially for the first order. But maybe it did. Customer service for this place is very good, responsive, kind. The product is very sticky I did have to warm the jar in warm water for 10 mins to soften the shilajit. Once it dissolved in water it was easy to swallow.
