I sent an email on the 16th December with these pictures and no one got back to me. Theres a sticky residue on the shirt that wont come off and the front is stained as a result. You can do better in opening effective lines of communication, but judging by all your complaints for exactly this, you are still missing the mark.

I ordered the supporter Jersey because it showed that the emblems are embroided and for the distinct stitching on the side of the jersey, the emblems came printed and there is no stitch on the side and the material almost feels like a training jersey, very light. For the price and the level of quality one would expect from the official springbok store, that is ridiculous.

I am really happy with the design and fit of the shirt. However, I unfortunately noticed a small misprint just below the “S” of the Springboks print. I have send an email to enquire about an exchange, but I haven’t received a response yet. I would truly appreciate it if an exchange could be arranged. I purchased matching shirts for myself and my husband, and we would absolutely love to wear them together the next time we support the Springboks.

You guys are useless….I ordered a Long sleeve jersey….paid R1800…..and you sent me a half jersery….Ive been sending emails after emails and no one has responded to my emails.You scammed my money and now im stuck with a wrong order….poor poor service,zero care for customers, even Facebook you ignored my messages. I wouldn’t recommend you guys to any of people I know.
