Thanks for the jacket , only issue is when I contacted customer service shortly after ordering a size xl that I wanted changed to another size , I was told it can’t be done which s beyond me? Surely a call or email to the order department is not too much to ask seeing as it was only being dispatched in 5 days time?

I just knocked off a star for this one as I find a the shape/cut of it a bit weird. Probably my own fault for getting the dad cap instead of the regular one. Didn't realise dad caps had that particular shape and the internet wasn't helpful either giving conflicting decriptions about it what a dad cap was supposed to look like.

A few things I would note: the springbok decal has a muted color. I quite like it, but just know it's not the bold golden color a lot of other merch has. It's like a pinkish brown.
Also, my boyfriend loves oversized stuff so I got him a 3xl (the size he normally likes to wear), but definitely could have gotten a 2xl.

I needed an extra small which is still slightly big on me as a female Springbok fan, but it's well made and has washed just fine in a cold wash - no fading or shrinking. I think that a slightly different cut for female bodies might give a nicer fit, but I'm happy with my purchase
