I received the wrong shirt I received the wrong shirt. I was not contacted or informed that the colour had changed, or that the item I ordered was out of stock. The company just assumed I would accept the substitute, but I would not. I would have preferred a refund. Now I have to arrange a refund and wait for them to collect the item, and make myself available for collection. Very poor communication and customer service.

The green has stained the white as well as another sweater. But besides that, the fit is lovely and comfy.

Poor Quality and no full description of the product. I have been requesting a return for the product the fail to provide me with waybill number even when I provided them date and address. Poor services and they is no contact to help resolve my issue just a useless email where they don’t bother responding. The store is a poor reflection
