The first box was late because Fedex Service up here in northwest Missouri sucks. I highly recommend 44 Farms. Their beef is outstanding! Their customer service is second to none.

My Dino Ribs came as advertised - frozen, well-packaged, and on time. I thought the size of my two plates would be too small to feed our group of 10 hungry carnivores, but it turned out to be too much food for dinner. Fortunately, we used our leftovers for a beef, mac and cheese lunch the next day and it was another big hit. I smoked the ribs at 225 for about 10 hours to 208 degrees in my Traeger, after coating them in the Holy Cow rub overnight.
