Steaks arrived on time, and tasted amazing. We smoked them over oak on a treager timberline xl until the temp was 125 then reverse seared them on the treagers built in induction burner . I seasoned fairly heavy with Meat church Holy Cow. Perfection

The smell of the beef from 44 Farms is what beef should smell like. Meat in grocery stores for years have made me seek out alternatives, which means farm raised and not full of antibiotics and other chemicals that I don't want me or my family to consume. I am grateful that places like 44 Farms is around to give us good quality meat.

To whom it may concern: Last weekend I did a reverse sear cook on the prime grade Tri Tip I purchased on the order below. One of the best cuts of meat I have ever eaten, and I will be ordering another one again soon. Thank you for the quality of the products you are providing.

Hi, I don't take pictures while I eat. I am eating at the time. Cast iron on the stove high heat sheared them and had whole baby potatoes and peas. Enjoyed the steaks very well thank you very much. The tamales were not tasty enough for me. Meat was good but I tend to add flavor to food that doesn't have it. Everything else still in freezer for a later meal.

I haven't used all of it yet, BUT what I have used is amazing. I love the taste, the texture, everything. I highly recommend this company for your beef purchases!

The steaks are nice and tender, compared to what I can get at the store. Cooks well and has a great taste. Recieved the steaks right on time. Overall, very happy.

Outstanding steaks. Porterhouse, my favorite steak, are impossible to find locally. A little expensive but well worth the price. Shipped quickly and well packaged. I get 80+% of my meat from 44 Farms since I was introduced to them as a Christmas present 2 years ago.

Bundle is an excellent sampling of the types of steaks available and the portions are just right. One of my many favorites are your beef short ribs. I have ordered them many times as they are the perfect combination of meat/flavor. You have to try!!

Really tender ribeye and full of flavor. The filet mignon looks excellent can't wait to try them. Shipping was quick and arrived fresh frozen as promised. We will be sharing with our family ane friends.

Unbelievable family response to the medallions! Prepared all 20 that I purchased for a grandson's birthday and they all disappeared! Comments were about how tender, moist, and juicy they were. Enjoyed by all. Will definitely be purchasing the medallions again!

This is the best tasting prime rib you can buy! It is seasoned to perfection and so tender. Great for holidays or anytime. Done to perfection. I highly recommend this.

Always enjoy receiving an order from '44'.. Only thing we noticed with this most recent smoked prime rib.. (which we haven't heated and served just yet).. is that it is considerably smaller than the first one we got.. now several months ago.. Am sure it will still be dee-lish.. but at $250 each.. these are only special occasion treats.. and so.. The bigger the better..!!

Ordering was simple & fairly priced. Shipping was perfect. Arrived timely & in excellent condition. Can’t comment on meat quality yet because we have not eaten any of it, but are looking forward to it.

Was comparing our last prime steaks to your choice steaks. Can definitely taste the difference, but both were wonderful! We each eat half of our steaks & we have steak & eggs a couple of days later. Yum!

I bought these as a gift for my dad's birthday and he absolutely loved the steaks! I wasn't there in person to see or taste them, but he raved about them!

My friend was simply amazed by how delicious they were in comparison to other steaks, especially in comparison to filets he had previously thought were the best! As usual the meat in my order was, is and will be delicious but the best part of the order was the free sample of the candied pecans....great and more shall be ordered. I appreciate a freebie now and then and with that sample I'll now purchase more...a great taste treat. I was born in Texas but no longer live there but I feel good supporting my fellow Texans....

Simply the BEST DAM beef short-ribs that my wife and I have ever had or eaten because of the amazing mouth-watering juices and taste that come with these thick and very tender beef ribs from 44 Farms. I definitelly will be back for my next order of prime beef from these folks/supplier in Cameron, TX since the taste from their beef ribs and a beef brisket that I had also ordered was so amazing tender, mouth-watering, and delicious beyond belief.

I absolutely love these franks. They are 100% beef and make the best meal ever. The skins are easy to bite into, the flavor is fully encompassing in the frank. What started out as a one time purchase to try them out has become a family staple at the table. I now purchase these to take to my family members who don't live nearby. Excellent meaty franks. The price for the large franks is very reasonable, they are well packaged to ensure freshness.

I wish the smoked tenderloin was sold all year round. It is so tender and flavorful. Recently purchased a cheaper smoked tenderloin from another company and had to throw it away because it was so chewy and no where near the flavor of the one you all sell. Moral of the story, you get what you pay for. I will never buy any smoked tenderloin from anyone else again!

The hotdogs are the BEST I've ever had. I've cooked them on a Traeger and on a Capt'n Cook. The ground beef makes delicious hamburgers. Cooked in a cast iron frying pan or the Capt'n Cook. The beef ribs are wonderful. Cooked in a Traeger with Spiceology Brisket Bomb rub. It's a long cook but oh so worth it. I looked up your website after watching a Meat Church demonstration on how to cook 44 Farms Beef Ribs. Thanks for raising such wonderful beef.

Perfect marbling and color. Amazingly juicy and flavorful. Just like every steak I’ve eaten from 44 Farms for the past 4 years. It’s the only steaks we buy any more. Steaks are consistently great quality. Ordering is simple and delivery has always been spot on! Never late, always frozen.

I had raised Angus cattle in my youth and know the quality. These steaks were absolutely top shelf, very well marbled and magnificiant taste and texture. I think I have found my future steak vendor! I appreciate the promotions but I most enjoy the taste of quality beef.

All ordered items arrived promptly and in perfect condition. Smash burgers were juicy and tasty. Black Bull Dark roast coffee was as advertised, bold and smooth. Have not yet tried other items ordered but no reason to think they won't be as good. High quality, great service - had issue with one product ordered not being in shipment, no questions asked, immediately shipped with additional product not ordered being included. Will be ordering again.

Some of the best steaks I have eaten. I will not eat steaks from restaurants any longer nor will buy steaks from grocery stores. I would rather spend a little more money and get a quality steak or beef.

The Ribeye was amazing, I brought my Greenegg grill to right at 500 degrees. Cleaned grill with a lemon used a bit of salt and pepper, 2.5 minutes per side, flipped once about another minute. Added a pad of butter, let rest for about five minutes. I can think of nothing but superlatives to describe the experience, Incredible flavor the marbling and the tenderness of the aged Ribeye perfection.....thanks for a great experience.

As always, a stellar experience. Shipped to California when it was supposed to, had plenty of dry ice in the package, and the product itself cannot be beat. We had the the best fajitas last night, in fact!
