Absolutely wonderful!!! The most easy cook I’ve ever finished. After working years in the BBQ business as a pit attendant, I’m not sure why most restaurants want to go another route. I’ll will give one suggestion….do not trim any more fat from the brisket, I thought there was more fat than needed, I was wrong. Love this protein and will purchase again soon.

Good beef and they did everything as they say. Delivery was excellent. Steaks arrived cold and were lean without gristle or too much fat. The only reason I didn’t give more stars was the flavor wasn’t bold but that could have been because we’ve been eating dry aged and I didn’t look close enough when I ordered and I didn’t purchase dry aged. I would definitely buy again and I recommend this company. I also meant to give 4star instead of 3

I completely understand it being late with the historic storm that hit. When the meat got here the dry ice was gone and the top brisket was thawed. Put both briskets in the fridge because I was cooking at least 1 that weekend. The vacuum seal on the thawed one was already broken and was stinking when I went to rub it down. I threw that one in the trash and cooked the other. It came out perfect.
