Quick Turnaround. The picture/logo looks perfect. Had one arrive scratched but they’ve told me they’ll replace it.
Great & Quick communication/response to my issue.

The custom dice are fantastic. But there was a long delay in waiting for them to arrive, and they arrived too late for me to give the dice to the person I intended. When I ordered the dice, I expected delivery in 5 days. It was more like 2 weeks +. Wish communication about the delay in delivery could have been better: I only received one email indicating there was a delay.
