Painting with water is mess free way to let little ones play and be creative. I love that the canvas is reusable. They were immediately interested in painting from seeing the result of their stroke.
I was disappointed to see permanent dark lines left in the canvas after the first use from the metal on the brushes. Granted, it’s a two year old and one year old using it and they don’t care or know how to use the brush without dragging across the canvas.

Our 2.5 year old daughter loves this canvas brush set. She plays with it every morning before school. It dries by the time she gets home and she can play with it once again prior to bedtime. I love that it's endlessly reusable! The one downside is the canvas does get wet on the backside. We don't mind if this is the trade off to keep harmful waterproofing chemicals out of the product.
We also bought a canvas brush for our neighbor's daughter's birthday party. The other kids also loved playing ...
