My granddaughter is three and a half and she LOVED the scroll and brushes. She spilled water onto it by accident and then delighted in trying to cover the entire surface with the brushes. I was a little disappointed that it was scratched the very first use, but SHE doesn't seem to care... I think this is a very Zen activity.
