I was a very impressed by the level of customer service, the product arrived well packaged and the instructions were good. It took about 14 hours to make and it is a bit delicate but beautiful when made. Great hobby for a wet day, the dust cover is also a nice touch. The little lights are lovely and you can get to the battery to change it
Well worth doing it is one of the nicest designs I have seen.

Loved building the spooky alley only took 2 hours. I would recommend putting the window bottoms on before the windows so they line up, glue all pieces as they fall out if you don’t. Not sure if glue was supposed to be supplied but I had some in already so not a problem. I’m gonna buy more so so good. The online instructions helped to see it before following the booklet

It is a great kit to do!It is strong and sturdy. It is put together in stages so that makes it easy to do.I love spending a couple of hours every night doing it.You finish one section at a time.
I have found the stairs the most difficult to do.I think it would help a lot if there were coloured photos of finished sections….like in my photo.
Will post another photo when finished.
I am going to order another one!

I was a little skeptical about ordering something from a Facebook page but the kit arrived promptly and fairly well packaged. There was no glue in box, just the lid so I had to order some before I could start. I’ve nearly finished, just the lighting to do and the hinges. I’ve really enjoyed building it, some parts were fiddly and the instructions were tricky to navigate in parts but overall it’s a great kit and I’d definitely recommend.

This was so much fun to put together! I really enjoyed using all the little pieces of fabric and creating the tiny details, like books, dresses on mannequins, and tiny rolls of fabric. The lights are a challenge and do require some patience, but I was really satisfied with the results. The detailed pieces are extraordinarily accurate fitting together so perfectly. Occasionally a sanding was needed to ease pegs into place. I only broke one item that had no replacement, but used an extra ornament to disguise it. It is now placed on my piano.

I added a couple personalized photos to the kit. The desk is my son and his girlfriend and on the wall is one of his graduation from residency. The jointed skeleton and I did not work well together. The wires are hard to work with. I gave this to my son as a Christmas present. He loved it. Overall the kit is super cool. The detail is amazing.
