Cup came broken, handle had broken off during shipping. Contacted customer service and they sent out a replacement right away. Replacement came fast and in perfect condition.

The final product came out amazing. However, I didn’t feel like I should have been charged an additional fee for “customized hairstyle” after reviewing first proof as neither the template nor the pictures I submitted showed straight hair yet that is what the artist initially had for 1/2 of the picture. Both template and submitted pictures had wavy hair. Overall final product was great though. Very pleased after it was corrected from initial proof.

I’m fairly happy with the way it turned out although it does look like it’s AI generated. The price was a little bit expensive for what I asked. Communication with the company was very slow and confusing and at one point I thought I was only gonna get a digital copy, but I had ordered a poster which eventually came.

Came out great. A lovely memory of my wife of how she looked many years ago. Memories are all I have left of her now.

I like the concept of having my beautiful girlfriend on a poster that is fun and sexy! I don't think it was perfect and I had a higher expectation of a better resemblance to the photo I sent.... I have not decided if I will try it again or not....
