The whole process was effortless. I could not be happier with the result. I uploaded my favorite pet photo and received a "first draft". The photo included part of my dog's body and I wanted just the head. The adjustments were made with no additional charge and I received the art work soon after. My best friend lost his dog recently and had a portrait done. I wanted mine while I still have my pet.
