The order placed on August 26 for two badges was never delivered. The tracking number supposedly does not correspond to any USPS or UPS carrier, as shown in the screenshot. Despite several reminders to the site, the situation remains at a standstill. The tracking on their site remains blank. I do not recommend this site, which is not reliable, and I suspect it may be a scam or fraud.

Ordered a deputy sheriff badge with personalized number, however, the badge sent was “Sheriif” badge, not Deputy Sheriff. It’s a big difference. The actual badge is good quality even though it was the wrong badge.

I have ordered three badges, two different badge numbers, as my badge number changed in my career. I have received three different badge styles, three different badge sizes and three different fonts. I have given up as I have spent more than I had anticipated.
