I had a good experience over all. But I was very scared because the instagram page is not active, there is no posts. There is only two or three posts on Facebook and I was concerned because of the existing tracking number. It said that USPS would deliver it, but I couldn’t track anything. My feedback to the company is for them to get more active on the social medias, so that customers can feel safe with their purchase. The product itself is very nice, good quality, no weird smell, perfect!

Gorgeous bag exclamation great quality, and worth the weight. My only negative is the weight was very long. And the tracking through the mail system showed that it was to arrive almost 2 weeks before it actually did. But it is gorgeous.

I ordered 9 large baskets for Christmas presents and was absolutely delighted when they arrived. They arrived on time and the company was extremely easy to communicate with. I love it I got it for my new great Grandaughter , it’s just right to put her things in an displays her name so well.. I filled it with baby things an is going to be a great baby shower gift , that she can uses over an over for anything’s . It’s made very sturdy .

I absolutely love it!! It was delivered the day before the baby shower, so I was a little nervous, so order early because it takes longer than is advertised to arrive. I will repurchase!

This is exactly as it appeared in the ads! I hesitated at first because I purchase stuff and when I get it the quality is usually not as good as it was presented. This is awesome. I got it for my niece who just had a baby girl and am so excited to surprise her next month when I finally get to meet her daughter. Again- EXCELLENT QUALITY

The basket is well made and turned out really cute. I'm currently using it to hold some baby gifts for my daughter's baby shower in April. I'm sure it will have many years of use and will look adorable in the nursery. The only negative was that it took a very long time to receive it.

The personalized basket is adorable! It’s for my first grandchild, Benjamin. He arrives June 2026. The colors are so vibrant and it will be a great addition to the nursery.

Ordered this for my niece, Charlotte, who is due in June. I am going to fill it with gifts for the baby and display it at the baby shower next month. Love the quality and detail and I’m sure they will as well. Waited a month for it to arrive, but it was so worth the wait!!! Absolutely pleased!

I would order this again and again. What a sweet and beautifully assembled personalization. I also appreciate the card that includes caution to care for the delicately adhered lettering. I would advise ordering with a 6 week buffer, since this is a custom order product. 🤍

Purchased for a friend’s new baby. Super cute and well made. Took longer than I expected to arrive. The company did advertise they were away for a week or more, in their defense. Possibly would have arrived sooner if ordered any other time. All in all worth the wait.

Very excited. I ordered one as a newborn gift and the other to the sibling. I had fun filling the baskets with books and toys. This will now be my go to gift for sure. It was easy to order and delivery was quick too.

I actually ordered in the beginning of February and the company went on holiday for two weeks I think… I didn’t think I was going to receive it before my daughter’s baby shower, but I received on Friday and the next day was her baby shower! I bought the large one for my first granddaughter and her parents loved it! It is beautiful!! It did take over 3 weeks to arrive. It must be because it is made in China. But, you are able to track it online. We just never knew when it would be arriving.

We got this beautifully woven basket for our colleague who just gave birth to a beautiful baby boy! Though it took some time to reach us (since we're all the way in Singapore!!), it was definitely worth the wait. The basket was big enough to fit a whole packet of diapers plus 6 baby wipes! The overall look of the basket was amazing and it was so affordable! What a steal!!!! Will definitely consider it for the next baby shower 🤭

This is my second monogrammed basket purchase. I was so pleased with the 1st that I purchased another. Both are super cute. Baskets are nice heavy quality and the embroidered names look great. I chose a rainbow color and a solid blue, both with added emojis. The colors are really nice. Great baby gifts!

This is the medium size basket. It's a bit smaller than I expected but it actually turned out to be the perfect size for my purpose. The items I put in the basket are a folded blanket and a "lovie blankie" There's plenty of room for a few more small items. Really nice quality basket and the name is woven in with no worries of it coming off. Very pleased with it!

I cannot wait to fill this basket on Easter for my 1 year old granddaughter, Riley Claire! It is exactly what I wanted. I have to say how helpful these folks were because I could not fit the “e” on the end of Claire but before I ordered it I contacted them and they immediately replied that they could make it good. Basket is very sturdy and the personalized lettering puts it over the top! I bought a large so it would fit lots of books and other toys. Large is actually the perfect size for the room. I gave this one as a gift. The new parents love it! So very cute!

After placing the order I realized it might not arrive in time so I emailed customer service and they promptly processed my order and sent it out the next day. It also arrived 4 days earlier than tracking indicated. I’m very pleased with all aspects of this purchase.
