So I received my Shred recovery pod and after one full week of use I’m glad to say the following: - build quality is excellent - very sturdy to get in/out of - zero air leak in over one week for top rim - zero water leak from valve or base bung - top lid/protective cover excellent quality - the duck is a nice feature to track time/temp This product is excellent value for money! No need to add any ice, it's been 1-2c all week! Building my time up slowly, 30 seconds at a time. Now up to 3mins and already noticing a change for the better in my energy levels and sleep. Great to dip into when I can't get to a sea or Lloch swim. And it's just on the patio - so convenient! So glad I purchased this!

Easy assembly and very sturdy. It’s a thought to go in but once you’re done it’s a great feeling. I will need to upgrade to a xl size due to limited bend in knee after surgery.

Really good product. Brought for my son's 18th birthday and he uses it every day. The package was smaller that expected but easy to put together and set up. The only room for improvement would be communication. I didn't receive any emails regarding delivery until a couple of days after it arrived. I came home one day and it was on my doorstep. Good price though and overall a positive experience.

I've always fancied trying one of these but never been brave enough to get into one. However I have purchased one as a birthday present and got the other for free which has pushed me to get into it. Once over the initial freeze, I found it very pleasant and feel better physically and mentally. It was also easy to set up and very good quality.

It was a total new experience! I had my first trial with only tap water but still gave me a chill. It’s structure is quite strong and solid, duckie is a joy to go in the Un with. Now I have more tub time starting to get used to the cold water. I enjoy it. Defo clear my head too!

Spent a long time trying to find a duck that not only was a thermometer, but also acted as a timer to enable me to track my plunges without using my watch. This seemed to tick all the boxes….. however….
