I noticed an increase in energy and it actually reduces my hunger pains I do not feel hungry all of the time.
The regimen I have in place now helps me feel full almost all day. I start my day with sea moss, 1 spoon full of 7 nut butter, one teaspoon of local produced honey, and 2 mushroom gummies. I usually do not eat anything else until later in the day. If I get hungry, I poach 4 eggs and mix it with avocado. That keeps me going until dinner time.
