This hoodie is the perfect heavyweight hoodie. It’s thick but since the sleeves aren’t massive, it’s easy to wear a jacket over it too. I’m 5’3 and usually the sleeves for tops are way too long, but the sleeve length and cuff length and width fit very well. I LOVE eight cats! I have two of their old sweat sets and two of their new 100% cotton hoodies. Just wore the relaxed fit grey hoodie to my PNW national park crawl. It started raining and I only had the hood on my eight cats hoodie up. Went on a 90 minute hike. And guess what, the inside was as dry and toasty as ever!! Cozy perfection!! I was worried they would be too long on me but they fall at a really flattering length and could accommodate someone different heights, shorter or taller (I'm 5'7"). I am typically a women's large and could have sized down in this to a medium if I wanted the waistband a bit more snug. The quality of Eight Cats products is amazing. This is my second purchase, and I love the burgundy color it’s perfect for everyday wear. The material is super soft and comfortable, and I really love the relaxed fit. The gray shorts are also really comfortable, soft, cute, and super flattering. I’d say stick with your normal size.
