The colors were way off. I sent to another dtf shop same file and it was perfect. Suggestion would be to offer a color wheel for small fee. This would help the customer when designing to know what color to use for correct print. My prints were hot pink the print came out dark purple a waste of $50.

Because of the base shifting slightly above the image The image bottom didn't stick securely, causing imperfections. And when pressing again to solidify to the shirt, the bass layer was exposed at the top of the images.
Make sure the alignment is correct or adjusted before printing will be best.
Kind of thinking about choosing other vendors to find good prints.
