Ultra methylene blue is a great product. I find that it helps mellow you out, motivate you for the day, gives you the clean energy. But when I first took it, I did not feel none of that tingling filling or anything so I guess my mitochondria wasn’t that bad.
I got extra. It helps my woman calm her nerves. Also I think it helps her function more properly. She likes how her skin and her hair is softer. It helps with somebody aches. I’m sure she would give it a five star too.

Tried Methylene Blue for over a month now and for me I’ve found 15 drops 75% of a full dose works best, twice a day at work. I mix it with redbull or sprite usually to mask the flavor. Sprite seems to be the best option. More natural energy and ATP while I’m at work getting stuff done, where as before mentally I was spent and didn’t want to do tasks but with Methylene Blue they are easier to get done.
