Love me my Rosso Cafe lattes! Been buying this brand for the latte maker for over two years and enjoy a cup or two every morning. Love the Bold taste!

I haven't tried all of the intensities yet, but the Holiday, Iced, and a couple of the others are really good. Do you make any decaffeinated pods? I love to have a cup before bed so I definitely need decaffeinated. I will order again when I get low.

I received several emails warning that one of my recurring items was out of stock. (Ruby). I asked to replace that item with Macho. When I received the adjusted shipment it contained Ruby and Macho, omitting the Sunstone we usually get. I was charged a quite higher price for the Ruby than previously. Please look into this.

I hope this message is actually read by a person. My order was involved in a "tracking number high jacking scheme" per the US Post Office. I had to pay $14.90 in postage in order to retrieve my package. I had already paid for postage when placing my order. I don't understand how this happens. The Post Office said "This type of scheme involves the misuse of legitimate tracking numbers that were already assigned to other shipments previously and are being reused without payment."

This is the second holiday season that I have ordered this bundle. I love it so much this year I’ve already bought three packs and it’s barely November! I absolutely love both flavors and I think you will too. Happy holidays! Enjoy!

I'm very satisfied with this product. I appreciate the packaging, philosophy and customer service. I am on a subscription, and even ordered some special deal pods this time. last time i reviewed i submitted a video! however, after every shipment, I receive several emails asking me about the experience, becoming somewhat of a nuisance.

I tried this flavor through a special reserve pack I got when I purchased a Ninja machine on Amazon. Obsidian so far has been my absolute favorite. It is strong but still has that smoothness and a very good shot of espresso! Love making lattes with it because you get good flavor. This coffee is amazing. You really have to try it. A lot of their flavors are excellent.

This is exciting to have opportunity to try different flavor strength. Only issue this came ina brown shipping box and not the normal black well packed box as pictured. All others came in black box

100% Arabica beans dark, smooth and makes my taste buds so happy. While  all of the coffees in the collection are delicious, this particular one I don’t share well. 🥰

The packaging is beautiful. I'll have to open and transfer each unit into my pods, as I don't have this type of coffee/espresso machine, which is no problem at all.. I'm excited to try each flavor! Thank you.
