I was absolutely amazed that my order was intact and not broken. The box was barely together! I keep trying to get my free coffee mug by scanning the QR code I received with my order but to no avail. Love these coffees! The flavor is great, and the pods are beautiful & easy to distinguish from one another. My only annoyance is the amount of packaging. I don't have the space to store all the pods in their little boxes, nor would I want to, so i take them all out and put them in my coffee jar. I recycle but it's still a hassle and I feel awful about the waste of materials. I'd love a bulk box of pods with just dividers and not separate boxes for each.

Love this coffee, especially the chocolate strawberry flavor! Least favorite would be hazelnut, but I just add a little chocolate syrup and it taste great. Buying the 3 box set on subscription cost less than 45 cents a cup. I'm not a strong coffee drinker, and this is strong in my L'OR so, I double the water from the 3.5 oz. button giving me 7oz. cup. It's perfect in my opinion with a little frothed milk!

The coffee itself ia always great. This time around the box that was delivered was severely damaged. Almost all of the coffee pod boxes inside were damaged as well. The pods themselves showed some superficial damage due to the rough handling of the delivery service. Im hoping very much that this is a one time occurrence.
