I had been using a different brands grips since I started crossfit a year and a half ago and they were really worn down and didnt protect my hands very well to begin with. A few of my friends had been using Frog Grips for a while and said they loved them so I tried their's and immediately ordered my own. They hybrid model is great because the bars get chalky from others using chalk and these just keep me locked in place no matter the situation. Cant recommend these enough!

I love how grippy they are. This is my 2nd pair and my only complaint is that the buckle can really dig into my wrist, causing pain (and bruising) if its not in the perfect position. They take some time to get used to for this reason. Worth it though once you figure it out. Also, make sure you wipe your bar down, chalk makes these grips slippery.

Make them sturdier -- this ripped after a month and a half.
Edit 1: Customer service responded quickly and issued a replacement. Will update again after some use. Bumped the rating up a star for excellent customer service.
Edit 2: Much better experience all around. Perhaps the first pair was defective; the replacements' grip is excellent and the wrist straps are going strong 2 months in.

I rarely attribute success to one product. I like to to think if I have deficiencies, they're mine to work on. Rig work is something I've done lots of, and have a lot of experience using gear for. Frogs grips make a dramatic difference in how your hands feel doing the movements and exercises. This is one of the few instances were I would actually say "Gear makes a difference". Excellent product. Highly recommend to anyone.

Amazing gloves! Everyone at my local gym has been recommending these for a few years now and I finally see why. I often tore my palms during high volume of bar muscle up workouts with my previous gloves but not with frog grips.
