Make no mistake...changing a set of tires on a Harley touring bike is not an "easy" task and certainly not for the faint of heart. If you don't perform your own scheduled services, I probably wouldn't recommend attempting your own tire change. That said, it is doable with the Rabaconda Street Tire Changer. First time doing tires manually, and using this tire changer. The front tire was just so easy, old tire off and new tire on, in just a few minutes. The rear tire was off very quickly also, but had a little issue with the spacer not working with my aftermarket wheel. This should not be an issue for wheels without a captive spacer. But in the end got it all sorted. if you watch a video a time or two, you got this!.... make sure to use the tire grease which worked excellent! $100 saved vs the bike...

Bought the "ultimate" street bike tire changer late in the year(everyone has put their bikes away) and a friend at work gave me a an old spare rim and a used tire that he uses for "burnouts" to practice on. I owned the 1st version of the tire changer before the Street version came out. It was handy to have but needed two people to change a tire and was challenging to say the least. First time changing a bike tire and Rabaconda really made it easy. The rear wheel on my bike is belt driven and the sprocket sticks out too far for the wheel to sit on the wheel supports. I didn’t want to remove the sprocket because the bolts are torque to yield so I taped some rubber jack pads on the wheel supports and was able to do the rest with ease. Before my Rabaconda street tire changer arrived, I tried to mount the Tusk 2Track on my KTM 890 Rally. Even with 18" tire levers, and every trick I have learned over the decades changing tires, I couldn't get the last 25%, just too stiff.
