The CD player works perfectly and is well-made. The plexiglass dust shield could have been deburred better, or the cut edges could have been smoothed out. Visually, I think the device looks very stylish. However, as other buyers have mentioned, I would have preferred a direct charging option for the battery via the charging port. All in all, it's a real eye-catcher and the concept is truly unique. Thank you for building something really cool. I hope I'll enjoy it for a long time.

I really liked the device. Didn't expect to receive it without the front dust cover thou. I'm waiting for it to be shipped to me so I can display it without having to constantly clean the dust. Purchased this for the picture frame cd player i got off kickstarter which is brilliant. It works really well as a dust cover but it really should of come with the original cd player. The kickstarter community is not happy about it as it said originally it came with the cd player. Not good 😐

There were issues with the wireless compattebillity with my sonos move speaker. It appeares not possible to connect wireless with the sonos move, and therefor i wanted to return the M1. Easy to set up, looks great and after a second attempt the Blutooth connected and has remained stable. Two small criticisms, however, the spindle doesn’t always grip the disc and some fiddling is required and secondly, the remote control is a bit naff! But overall pleased with the unit.
